are better trained because of AACO-RTC and hence, deliver added value to their
establishments, AACO training activities had been expanded so far to cover 6
locations in the Arab world through the annual scheduled training program.
AACO-RTC organizes an annual
scheduled program, as well as some additional courses according to the needs
that arise every year. Also, AACO-RTC has adopted a strategy to promote
in-house training activities which resulted in huge savings through training
large numbers of airlines' staff at their home base.
